We started out with a small workshop-style factory in Perranporth – and now we operate from a modern 95,000 square foot, fully-automated factory on a 4.5 acre site. Many of our employees have shared this journey with us for over thirty years, and have helped thousands of clients build their dream homes.

Some more positive news….. from Monday 27th April we will be commencing operations again albeit initially on a much reduced capacity. We have been working in the background with our Health & Safety Advisors, Ellis Whittam, to develop changes to both our production and site operating procedures in accordance with the Public Health England (PHE) Guidance. This will be a slowly managed staged implementation process to ensure the safety and protection of our workforce.

Fully compliant with updated STA Fire wall type patterns, the Thermo PLUS provides enhanced thermal performance by using a layer of rigid insulation ‘overboarding’ between the main frame studs and the inner VCL and service battens. The ‘PLUS’ is available in all the usual CLS stud formats of 140mm, 184mm & 235mm.
